Training :
All Orkay personel are required to attend ISO,HACCP, and Food Safety Training seminars apon employment and are also  required to attend all training programs which will be available there after provided by factory owners and managers to keep personel up-dated with all the latest news and developments in the food industry.

HYGIEN:
At Orkay foods we are firm believers in producing a hygenic product in a hygenic work atmospher, there for Orkay has waterless hand wash stations  apon entering the processing area as well as random hand wash stations  through out the facility and Orkay personel pay special attention so that the fruit does not have any type of direct contact with the floor at any  given time of the production cycle.
